Emotional Intelligence plays a crucial role in our personal and professional lives, influencing our relationships, decision-making abilities, and overall well-being. In today's world, where mental strength is often emphasized, understanding emotional intelligence can be challenging. However, it's essential to recognize that emotional intelligence is distinct from mental strength and deserves its own focus and attention.
