Missouri Child Care Innovation Start-Up Grants
The state of Missouri is offering funding to help businesses and childcare providers to expand offerings in their communities. This funding is intended to increase access to child care programs in partnership with a business or community partner. Eligible child care providers may apply for funds based on the amount of matching funds or in-kind contributions from a business or community partner in the area where the new child care program is located. The grant period for this funding opportunity is date of provider’s awarded application through September 30, 2024.
Eligible Applicants: An entity whose location is in Missouri and who is opening a program in a location where a current child care program was not pursuing licensure as of December 1, 2022, and has not previously operated a licensed child care program in the location listed on the application.
